Butter & Garlic Croutons
4 TB butter, melted
2 tbls. olive oil
1/4 C. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. dried parsley
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 loaf of french bread (or any other old-ish white bread you may have around)
Cut the bread into bite-sized pieces.
*I used some old sandwich bread in this pic.
Mix first 5 ingredients together in a bowl. Add your cubed bread and toss well
Spread on a baking stone or cookie sheet. Bake at 350*F for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Enjoy with any salad of your choice.
