I always thought of mustard as a sandwich only thing until I was introduced to this amazingly sweet and spicy treat.
While it is really good on a sandwich, I think it tastes even better as a dip on pretzels. It's a little bit sweet, a little bit fruity, with a nice spicy kick at the end.
1/2 cup honey
2 1/2 tablespoons red raspberry jam (store-bought or homemade)
1/2 cup spicy brown mustard (store-bought or homemade)
1 tablespoon yellow mustard seeds
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
In a bowl, mix together all ingredients until combined. Store in refrigerator.
